Our Approach

Our training aligns with the Intercollegiate document, enabling your organisation to clearly demonstrate compliance with mandatory safeguarding training requirements. We focus on ensuring every session is interactive and engaging — building up practitioner knowledge and confidence through real-world scenarios and case studies, so that learning is assimilated and translates through to improvement in direct practice.

We believe strongly that training should be practical and relevant. Every programme is designed around the specific context, challenges and workforce of your organisation — not a generic off-the-shelf package. Our sessions are delivered with the same trauma-informed, person centred approach that underpins all of our work.

Our training is suitable for staff at all levels across Health, Social Care and Criminal Justice organisations, from frontline practitioners through to senior managers and board members. We can deliver to small teams or large multi-agency groups, in person or remotely.
